Homestead Design Services

Concept Designs starting at $5,900 (up to 100 acres)

Our Homestead Design Services always start with our Concept Design. We combine a series of remote video consultations with you and your family and leverage technology and digital tools to diagnose your personal and property resources. After 4-6 weeks, we present you with a clearly communicated design package of what your property can become. This phased concept plan includes recommended next steps (3-5 years), and a series of follow up video consultations to support you into the future.

After completing a concept design, we provide a number of detailed design services for our clients including food forest planting plans, earthworks and water harvesting plans, construction detail drawings for farm buildings, full 3D property walkthroughs and flyovers, and more.

Online and In-Person Workshops

We offer several learning opportunities throughout the year for our clients and newsletter subscribers. Coen Farm makes the perfect setting for our small, intimate, and highly informative workshops. Our goal is to help build skills and community with other like minded producers in our region. With catered food fresh from the farm, our in-person workshops cover a number of topics including; Food Forestry, Milking and Milk Processing, Food Preservation, Harvesting and much more.
